Middleborough Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, indexes, and directory collections concerning Middleborough, Massachusetts. It links to sources that may show current or historic connections to the town. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a custodian, court, or public office.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:

This service is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. The original wording, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page or quoting a brief attributed excerpt is allowed. Republishing full pages or systematically copying the content is not allowed.

11. Governing Law
Massachusetts law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public records held by Massachusetts and Middleborough custodians are subject to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66 §10, and applicable exemptions in G.L. c.4 §7(26).
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
